Nallian and Changi Cargo Community Highly Commended at Air Cargo News Awards 2025

We are proud to announce that Nallian, together with the Changi Airport cargo community, has been Highly Commended in the category "Innovation Award – Digital" at the Air Cargo News Awards 2025.

The awards, now in their 41st year, are one of the most prestigious recognitions in the air cargo industry. They took place on October 22, 2025, in London, celebrating the sector’s outstanding achievements in innovation and excellence.

This recognition celebrates the success of the Truck Dock Slot Booking (TDSB) project at Singapore Changi Airport – the world’s largest digital cargo community platform streamlining landside operations. Launched in August 2024, the system is used by all ground handlers (SATS and dnata) and over 330 forwarders and trucking companies to coordinate freight pick-ups and drop-offs more efficiently.

With the TDSB, unpredictable truck arrivals and bottlenecks have been replaced by a digitally coordinated flow, resulting in:

• Shorter turnaround times & better staff planning

• Reduced waiting, idling, and emissions

• Increased safety and security

• Granular data and insights into performance

This project is a milestone in digital collaboration for the air cargo industry, showing how technology and community commitment together can drive efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
